Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all bookings made through Quikii.in, operated by Bunny Bash Events And Rentals.
By confirming a booking with Quikii, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Strict No-Refund Policy
- All bookings made with Quikii are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- This includes cancellations due to personal reasons, change of plans, delays, or dissatisfaction after confirmation.
Quikii operates on a resource-blocking and advance preparation model, and therefore refunds are not feasible once a booking is confirmed.
2. Advance Payments
- Any advance or partial payment made to confirm a booking is strictly non-refundable.
- Advance payments are used to block inventory, allocate resources, and schedule operations.
3. Cancellation by Customer
- If a customer chooses to cancel a confirmed booking:
- No refund will be provided
- No credits are guaranteed unless explicitly agreed by Quikii
- Any exception (if provided) will be solely at the discretion of Quikii.
4. Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling requests must be made minimum 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.
- Rescheduling is:
- Subject to availability
- Not guaranteed
- If approved:
- The booking amount will be adjusted for the new date
- Any additional costs (price difference, logistics, urgency) must be paid
- Rescheduling within 72 hours is generally not permitted.
5. Last-Minute Bookings
- Bookings made within short notice are considered priority execution requests.
- Such bookings:
- Are strictly non-refundable
- May involve higher operational risks
Quikii does not guarantee identical experience quality for urgent bookings.
6. Failure to Provide Required Details
- If the customer fails to provide:
- Accurate address
- Timely communication
- Required permissions
Resulting delays, cancellations, or execution issues will not qualify for refunds or compensation.
7. Force Majeure
- No refunds or compensation will be provided in case of:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Weather conditions
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond control
8. Service Variations
- Minor variations in setup, props, or execution may occur due to:
- Availability
- Logistics
- Practical constraints
Such variations do not qualify for refunds, partial refunds, or disputes.
9. Vendor & Third-Party Limitations
- Certain services may involve third-party vendors.
- Any delays or limitations caused by vendors do not make Quikii liable for refunds.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting Quikii first.
- Any fraudulent disputes will be legally contested.
11. Discretion Rights
Quikii reserves the full right to:
- Approve or deny any exceptions
- Adjust policies without prior notice
- Make case-by-case decisions in rare scenarios

All disputes arising out of or in connection with bookings made through Quikii shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
By using our services, you agree that:
- Any legal matter will be handled only within Bengaluru jurisdiction
- No claims shall be entertained outside Bengaluru courts
- Applicable laws shall be governed by the laws of India
