Before You Book

Power Access: A power socket of up to 5 AMPS must be available within 8–10 ft of the setup area for balloon inflation, signage and spotlights.
Actual Setup May Vary: We primarily use photos of our actual work. However, the final setup may have minor variations due to venue placement, available space, prop condition and the stylist executing the setup.
Same-Day Bookings: Same-day decoration requests are subject to slot, theme and team availability.
Lift Access: For venues located on the 2nd floor or above, lift/service-lift access is mandatory. Please inform us in advance if lift access is unavailable.
Scope of Work: Our team works within a defined setup schedule. Additional décor, venue assistance, furniture shifting or work outside the booked scope cannot be accommodated on-site due to time constraints.
Dismantling & Collection: Depending on scheduling and logistics, dismantling/collection may take up to 24 hours after the event. Until collected by Quikii, the customer is responsible for the safe custody of all props and equipment. Any damage, breakage or loss may be chargeable.

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Window: Once payment is made, the booking can be cancelled within 24 hours for a 100% refund, provided the scheduled execution date is more than 7 days away.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds may take 7+ working days to reflect, depending on the payment method and banking partner.
After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, cancellation and refund will not be applicable. Only rescheduling may be considered, subject to Quikii’s calendar and availability.
One-Time Rescheduling: A booking can be rescheduled only once.
Rescheduling Validity: The revised event date must fall within 3 months of the original booking date, subject to availability.
Availability Applies: Rescheduling is not guaranteed for the preferred date, time or setup slot and will be confirmed based on Quikii’s operational calendar.
