24-Hour Cancellation Window Once payment is made, the booking can be cancelled within 24 hours for a 100% refund, provided the scheduled execution date is more than 7 days away.
Refund Timeline Approved refunds may take 7+ working days to reflect, depending on the payment method and banking partner.
After 24 Hours Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, cancellation and refund will not be applicable. Only rescheduling may be considered, subject to Quikii’s calendar and availability.
One-Time Rescheduling A booking can be rescheduled only once.
Rescheduling Validity The revised event date must fall within 3 months of the original booking date, subject to availability.
Availability Applies Rescheduling is not guaranteed for the preferred date, time or setup slot and will be confirmed based on Quikii’s operational calendar.
