Quikii is a quick booking platform that enables users to book curated experiences, party services, DIY rentals, and surprise setups primarily via WhatsApp communication.

All services are subject to availability, feasibility, and confirmation by our team.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are initiated via WhatsApp or website interaction.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after payment (full or partial as agreed).
  • Sharing requirements does not guarantee booking until confirmation is provided by Quikii.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices may vary based on customization, location, urgency, and requirements.
  • Final pricing will be shared on WhatsApp before confirmation.
  • Payments must be made via accepted payment methods shared by our team.
  • Additional charges such as transport, taxes, or last-minute changes may apply.

4. Customization & Scope

  • Quikii specializes in curated, Pinterest-style setups and quick experiences.
  • Full customization may be limited depending on time, availability, and feasibility.
  • Minor variations in colors, props, or setup may occur due to practical constraints.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Last-minute rescheduling may not be accommodated.
  • Cancellation policies will be shared during booking and may vary depending on the service.
  • In most cases, booking amounts are non-refundable but adjustable as per agreement.

6. Last-Minute Bookings

  • Quikii supports last-minute bookings wherever possible.
  • However, availability and experience quality are not guaranteed for urgent requests.
  • Our priority is to deliver a smooth experience, not compromise quality under unrealistic timelines.

7. Execution & Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate details including location, timing, and access requirements.
  • Any delays or miscommunication from the client side may impact execution.
  • Quikii is not responsible for issues arising due to venue restrictions, permissions, or third-party limitations.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Some services may be executed by partner vendors (decorators, photographers, artists).
  • Quikii ensures quality standards but is not liable for uncontrollable third-party issues.

9. Use of Media

  • Quikii may capture photos/videos of setups and experiences for portfolio and marketing purposes.
  • If you do not wish your event to be featured, please inform us in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Quikii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked.

11. Changes to Terms

Quikii reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
