Before You Book
Space & Setup Area: Please ensure a suitable, accessible space is available for the artist or activity station. Table, chair or dedicated setup requirements, if any, will be mentioned on the service page.
Power Access: Activities requiring lighting, machines or electrical equipment need a 5 AMP power socket within 8–10 ft of the setup area.
Guest Count Matters: Pricing and material quantity are based on the selected guest count / number of participants. Additional guests may be accommodated only if time and material are available and may be chargeable.
Service Duration: Every artist or activity is booked for a defined duration or quantity, as mentioned on the service page. Extension on the event day is subject to artist availability and additional charges.
Waiting Time: Please ensure the event is ready to begin at the confirmed time. Delays caused by venue access, guests, event flow or client-side changes will be counted within the booked duration.
Venue Permission: The customer is responsible for obtaining venue approval for activities involving paint, glitter, water, heat, food equipment, electrical machines or other special setups.
Children’s Activities: For kids’ activities, parental or guardian supervision may be required, especially for younger children or activities involving small parts, paint, craft tools or similar materials.
Final Coordination: Venue details, event timing, contact person and any access restrictions should be shared with Quikii in advance for smooth execution.
Cancellation Policy
Artist Bookings are Non-Cancellable: Once an artist or professional booking is confirmed and payment is made, customer-initiated cancellation and refund will not be entertained.
One-Time Rescheduling: A booking may be rescheduled once, subject to personal confirmation and availability of the booked artist or professional for the revised date and time.
Rescheduling is Not Guaranteed: Quikii will coordinate the request; however, the revised booking will be confirmed only after receiving acceptance from the concerned artist or professional.
Artist Non-Availability: In the rare event of sudden illness, emergency or unavoidable non-availability of the confirmed artist/professional, Quikii will make its best effort to arrange a suitable replacement for the booked service.
Replacement May Vary: The replacement professional may differ from the originally assigned artist in terms of individual style, appearance or execution, while Quikii will endeavour to maintain a comparable service standard.
Refund if Replacement is Unavailable: If Quikii is unable to arrange a suitable replacement, the amount paid for the affected artist/service will be refunded in full within 5–7 working days.
Other Booked Services Remain Unaffected: Cancellation or non-availability of one artist/professional does not automatically cancel or qualify other services in the same booking for a refund.
